1977 Placemat University of Evansville Basketball Team Killed in Plane Crash IN

For sale is an original vintage placemat that features the University of Evansville 1977-78 men's basketball team. This is the Aces team that died in a plane crash on the evening of December 13, 1977, shortly after takeoff from Evansville, Indiana. The Aces that season had just made the jump from NCAA Division II to Division I. This paper placemat measures 11 by 14 inches and is in very good, unused condition. It is a highly-sought piece of UE memorabilia and is quite hard to find. See my listings for other vintage items.
